Testimonials

I just wanted to share that several employees who attended the Nutrition session gave it rave reviews.

One employee shared with me that it helped him realize that he needs to stop drinking Coca Cola and needs to sleep more than 4 hours a night (we joked that maybe the two are connected). Another employee shared with me that she has found weight loss to be quite frustrating and so she is going to try the weMed Clinic and see if they can help her lose some weight. On my end, I have started walking outside every day after work for 30 minutes to an hour. Overall health and wellness is super important and the session helped reinforce the good habits that we can all develop.

Thank you so much!

It went really well, here is what I posted on our company’s FB page:

Beginning of the month, Village on the Park Steeplechase together with WeMed Health Clinic hosted a “Stress Management” social because April is a National Stress Awareness Month. Twenty five residents and employees had a great lunch while learning important tips on how to stay stress free from Dr. Bing You. We appreciate Dr. Bing You and WeMed Health team for this wonderful afternoon.

I’d like to thank both you and Kat for the wonderful lunch and presentation on Stress Management. We appreciated you giving us your time. So many found your presentation quite informative. I particularly enjoyed your story about your day in getting to work and how “we” tend to make a small circle into a big circle of incidents. Most of us are guilty of that one. My personal take away: “events in life are neutral”.

Kind regards,

It went very well! Everyone seemed to be very attentive and absorbing the information.

We're definitely interested in doing something like this again.

Thank you so much for getting this set up! Our team LOVED Dr. Jason! One of our guys from our Virginia office works with both the Raleigh and Virginia team so he joined via webinar. Now there are people asking in Virginia if they could have one too!

Just wanted to reach out and thank you so much for coordinating our event yesterday! It was great and the employees really appreciated it.

I would love to do this regularly. As often as once a month. Can you send me a list of topics and options so I can see how many other events we want to set up.

We just completed our first Lunch and Learn with the management team and it was phenomenal. The wealth of information was great, and an exciting learning experience. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Are we able to sign up for another Lunch and Learn for June?
